MyBluebonnet improvements are on the way

We're making updates to your MyBluebonnet online platform to enhance your experience. While your mobile app will remain unchanged, anticipate a fresh new look online and several new and helpful features across both platforms. Rest assured, the login username and password for existing MyBluebonnet accounts will remain the same.

What's coming?

  • A new appearance to your log in screen and account dashboard
  • An improved navigation on the left side of your screen
  • Access to important account and co-op notifications at the top of your screen and news feed with recent messages from Bluebonnet
  • An optional two-factor password protection for account security

  • Submit requests: Report outages or submit service inquiries
  • Track electricity use: Monitor your electricity usage conveniently within your account
